By booking, purchasing, or participating in any offering provided by Flourish with Barbora or Women’s Circle Malmö, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, kindly refrain from using this website or purchasing our services.

1. Offerings Overview
Flourish with Barbora offers both digital products and in-person gatherings, including but not limited to:

Women’s Circles
Holistic consultations, mentorship, and coaching
Retreats
E-books
Self-paced online courses
Masterclasses and recorded workshops

These offerings are designed to support personal growth, self-connection, and holistic well-being. They are for educational and developmental purposes and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or financial advice.

2. Payments & Refunds
General Policy
All purchases across all services and products are final. No refunds will be issued.
You are welcome to transfer your booking to someone else, or to another date/event under the conditions outlined below.

In-Person Gatherings (Women’s Circles, Events, Retreats)
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend (please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the event).
Alternatively, you may transfer your ticket to another upcoming circle/event within 6 months of the original date. After 6 months, the unused ticket becomes invalid.
Only 3 transferred tickets are accepted per circle (for no-shows or changes), to maintain availability for new participants.
If you rebook using a transferred ticket and do not attend again, the ticket is considered used and forfeited.


If the new event you wish to attend is priced higher than your original ticket, you agree to pay the price difference. Overpayment or credit for higher-priced special events (e.g. ceremonies, workshops) will not be applied retroactively.

Digital Products (Courses, E-books, Recordings)
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
You are purchasing a single-user, non-transferable license for personal use only. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

Payment Processing
We use trusted third-party platforms including ThriveCart, Tidycal, Stripe, and MailerLite to securely process payments. By using these services, you also agree to their respective terms and privacy policies.

3. Pricing, Availability & Changes
All pricing, service descriptions, offerings, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue offerings or adjust prices, temporarily or permanently, without liability or obligation.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Force Majeure
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an event or session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, weather, minimum participant numbers not met). In such cases:

You will be offered a rescheduled date or store credit.
If we cancel an event without a replacement, a full refund will be issued.

We are not responsible for travel costs, accommodation, or any other losses resulting from changes or cancellations.

5. Respectful Participation & Confidentiality
To create a nurturing, inclusive, and safe space for all participants, the following guidelines must be upheld in all in-person and online settings:

No touching without clear, explicit permission.
No giving advice unless invited.
No verbal, emotional, or physical violence of any kind will be tolerated.
Confidentiality is sacred. Stories, emotions, or personal expressions shared during any gathering are to remain within that space.
All participants are expected to practice active listening, mutual respect, and maintain the integrity of the container.

Violation of these terms may result in removal from the event or offering, without refund.

6. Personal Responsibility & Disclaimer
All offerings are rooted in a holistic, supportive, and educational framework. They do not constitute licensed therapy, medical treatment, or professional financial advice.

By participating, you acknowledge:

You are responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, and energetic well-being.
You are aware that participation in practices such as meditation, reflection, breathwork, group sharing, or deep emotional inquiry can bring up strong feelings.
You agree to honor your own boundaries and seek additional professional support if needed.

If you are undergoing psychiatric treatment, managing a medical condition, or in a vulnerable mental state, please consult your healthcare provider before joining.

7. Privacy Policy & Email Consent
Your privacy matters.
When you sign up for services, events, or download digital products:

We collect basic personal information (e.g. name, email) to deliver your purchase and experience.
We will not sell or share your data with any third party beyond our secure payment/email platforms.
You consent to receive emails including newsletters, product updates, and promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in each email.

We comply with the Swedish Personal Data Act and EU GDPR regulations.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to written materials, recorded audio/video, graphics, digital downloads, and course frameworks, is the intellectual property of Flourish with Barbora and may not be copied, shared, or reused without written permission.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, with consideration of applicable European Union data protection regulations. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Swedish law and processed through Swedish courts if necessary.
