24-Hour Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your attendance, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled gathering. This allows us to make necessary adjustments and offer your spot to someone else.
Non-Refundable: Payments for the Women's Circle gatherings are non-refundable. This policy helps us cover the costs associated with organizing these events and maintaining their quality.
Transferrable to Future Gatherings: If you cancel within the 24-hour notice period, you have the option to transfer your registration to another future gathering of your choice. Please contact us to arrange the transfer and to select a new date that works for you.
